Education: Valdosta State University, Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Accounting.

Licensed by the Georgia State Board of Accountancy to practice in Georgia and by the National Association of Securities Dealers to practice in Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia, Mr. Pritchett is a member of the American Institute of CPA’s, Georgia Society of CPA’s, Financial Planning Association, American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries, Tenancy in Common Association and the National Association of Securities Dealers. He is a member of the Estate and Financial Planning Section of the Georgia Society and a member of the Personal Financial Planning section of the American Institute.

He currently serves as a Trustee and Chairman of the Investment Committee of the Valdosta State University Foundation, and as a Governor on the VSU Blazer Athletics board. He is a past Advisory Council member at the VSU Langdale College of Business. He is a member of the Tifton Rotary Club. Mr. Pritchett is also the managing partner of APB WealthCare Advisors, LLP, a Registered Investment Advisor and financial planning practice affiliate of APB. He joined APB in 1975.

Mr. Sauls is a member of the American Institute of CPA's (AICPA), Georgia Society of CPA’s, Florida Society of CPA's, Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), as well as the National Institute For Excellence in Professional Education, LLC. He is a member of the Estate and Financial Planning Section of the Georgia Society of CPA’s and a member of the Management of an Accounting Practice Section of the Florida Society of CPA’s.

Locally he is a member of the Tifton Chamber of Commerce and the Kiwanis Club. He currently is an active Deacon at First Baptist Church of Tifton and serves on numerous committees including the Planned Giving Committee. He is also active at Abraham Baldwin College serving on it Board of Trustee, Chair of the Major Gifts Committee, and the Athletic Booster Club. In the past, he has served on the boards of the Tift County Chamber of Commerce, Kiwanis Club, United Way, American Cancer Society, American Heart Association, and Tift County High Booster Club. He joined the firm in 1979.

He has been married since 1979 to Cynthia and they have two children, Jarred and Jacob.

Mr. Couch is a member of the American Institute of CPA's, with special membership in theTax Section, and the Georgia Society of CPA’s.  He is an active member of First Methodist Church of Tifton, serves on the Board of Directors for the local American Cancer Society chapter, and also volunteers for the Tiftarea Soccer Association as Treasurer.  Mr. Couch joined the firm in 1989.

Locally he is a member of the Exchange Club and treasurer and active member at Bible Baptist Church of Tifton. He joined the firm in 1985.

Mr. Tucker has 8 years of accounting experience, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, as well as the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants. He joined APB in 1997.

She is currently licensed to practice as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Georgia by the Georgia State Board of Accountancy. Ms. Kunes is a member of the American Institute of CPA's (AICPA), and the Georgia Society of CPAs. Locally, she is a board member for the Young Mens Christian Association and will serve as their 2006 Treasurer. She is an active member of the Tifton Kiwanis Club as well as being a board member for the 2004-2006 term. She is the sponsorship chairman for the 2006 American Cancer Society Relay for Life and a member of the Tifton Chamber of Commerce, in which she participated in the 2005 Leadership Tifton Program. She joined the firm in 1999.

Licensed as a CPA in Georgia, Mr. Owen is also enrolled to practice before the Internal Revenue Service as an Enrolled Agent and has over sixteen years experience in accounting. He is a member of the American Institute of CPA's, The Georgia Society of CPA's, the National Association of Enrolled Agents, and the Georgia Association of Enrolled Agents. He joined the firm in 1997.

Mr. Gillis is currently licensed to practice as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Georgia by the Georgia State Board of Accountancy. He is a member of the American Institute of CPA's (AICPA) and the Georgia Society of CPA's. He joined the firm in 2002.

Mr. Liu is member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the GA Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Institute of Management Accountants. He joined APB in 2003.

Mr. Lamb is an active member of the First Baptist Church Tifton where he teaches third grade Sunday School and plays guitar with the praise band.  He joined the firm in 2001.

Mr. Courson is a Quickbooks ProAdvisor and is enrolled to practice before the Internal Revenue Service as an Enrolled Agent. He joined the firm in 2006.

Education: Omega High School

Mrs. Parkerson is a current member of the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers. She has been a member of the APB staff since 1977.

Education: Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College, Associate's Degree in Accounting

Mrs. Jernigan now serves as APB's Office Manager. She has been a member of the APB staff since 1979.
