Mr. Pritchett is a member of the

He currently serves as a Trustee and Chairman of
the Investment Committee of the Valdosta State
University Foundation, and as a Governor on the VSU
Blazer Athletics board. He is a past Advisory Council member at the VSU Langdale College of Business.
He is a member of the Tifton Rotary Club. Mr. Pritchett is also the managing partner of
APB WealthCare Advisors, LLP, a Registered Investment Advisor and
financial planning practice affiliate of APB. He joined APB in 1975.

Mr. Sauls is a member of the

National Institute For Excellence in Professional Education, LLC. He is a member of the Estate
and Financial Planning Section of the

of an Accounting Practice Section of the

Locally he is a member of the
Tifton Chamber of Commerce and the
Kiwanis Club. He currently is
an active Deacon at
First Baptist Church of Tifton and serves on numerous committees including
the Planned Giving Committee. He is also active at Abraham Baldwin College serving on it Board
of Trustee, Chair of the Major Gifts Committee, and the Athletic Booster Club. In the past, he
has served on the boards of the
Tift County
Chamber of Commerce,
Kiwanis Club,
United Way,
American Cancer Society,
American Heart Association, and Tift County High
Booster Club. He joined the firm in 1979.
He has been married since 1979 to Cynthia and
they have two children, Jarred and Jacob.
