Licensed by the Georgia State Board of Accountancy to practice in Georgia and by the National Association of Securities Dealers to practice in Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia, Mr. Pritchett is a member of the American Institute of CPA’s, Georgia Society of CPA’s, Financial Planning Association, American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries, Tenancy in Common Association and the National Association of Securities Dealers. He is a member of the Estate and Financial Planning Section of the Georgia Society and a member of the Personal Financial Planning section of the American Institute.

He currently serves as a Trustee and Chairman of the Investment Committee of the Valdosta State University Foundation, and as a Governor on the VSU Blazer Athletics board. He is a past Advisory Council member at the VSU Langdale College of Business. He is a member of the Tifton Rotary Club. Mr. Pritchett is also the managing partner of APB WealthCare Advisors, LLP, a Registered Investment Advisor and financial planning practice affiliate of APB. He joined APB in 1975.

Mr. Sauls is a member of the American Institute of CPA's (AICPA), Georgia Society of CPA’s, Florida Society of CPA's, Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), as well as the National Institute For Excellence in Professional Education, LLC. He is a member of the Estate and Financial Planning Section of the Georgia Society of CPA’s and a member of the Management of an Accounting Practice Section of the Florida Society of CPA’s.

Locally he is a member of the Tifton Chamber of Commerce and the Kiwanis Club. He currently is an active Deacon at First Baptist Church of Tifton and serves on numerous committees including the Planned Giving Committee. He is also active at Abraham Baldwin College serving on it Board of Trustee, Chair of the Major Gifts Committee, and the Athletic Booster Club. In the past, he has served on the boards of the Tift County Chamber of Commerce, Kiwanis Club, United Way, American Cancer Society, American Heart Association, and Tift County High Booster Club. He joined the firm in 1979.

He has been married since 1979 to Cynthia and they have two children, Jarred and Jacob.
